Easy as pie

The Key Lime Meringue pie's silky smooth filling is made with key lime juice from the Florida Keys. The spicy ginger cookie crust, homemade of course, complements the sweet and tangy pie filling beautifully. All this is topped with deliciously sweet and fluffy meringue which is artistically torched to perfection.

Yields: 8-10 slices.
