Pumpkin rules!







If you like pumpkin pie and cheesecake, you'll love the Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake. This rich and creamy cheesecake has just the right amount of pumpkin and hand-mixed pumpkin pie spices to give you a burst of flavor in every bite. The crust, made from scratch with gingersnap cookies, is a perfect match.
Yields: one 8" round cheesecake (8-10 servings)

Pumpkin Bars are delightful treats. Who can resist this wonderfully spiced moist cake, covered with a cloud of whipped cream cheese frosting?
Yields: one 8" x 8" pan (9-12 pieces) or one 13" x 9" pan (20-24 pieces).

The Pumpkin Seed Brittle is a delicious variation on the nut brittle. This crispy candy is filled with toasted pumpkin seeds and flavored with a hint of cinnamon. If you like a little kick in your candy, cayenne pepper can be added upon request.
